We pride ourselves on getting our items to you as quickly as possible, we also make sure all items are packaged beautifully! Please feel free to contact us regarding any special requirements you may have! (Birthday presents, boy/girlfriend proof etc)


1. All items have individual p&p prices depending on weight. We try and keep these as low as possible.
2. All UK Items are currently posted within 1-2 working days
3. All items in the UK Are posted 1st class recorded (All designer items are posted special delivery)
4. We offer p&p discounts on multiple purchases (If you feel the rate is too high please e-mail us referencing the items you are interested in so we can give you a better quote)
5. We now offer a free pick up service within London and Bath (depending on where item is held, please see item description)

1. All items are priced at a standard flat rate, However feel free to e-mail us referencing the item you are interested in and your country and we will offer you a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges
1. Please note we cannot offer a refund on any Sale item, so please contact us with any enquiries before hand
2. We will offer a full refund or exchange on all non sale items, in bought condition, returned within 7 working days. Alternatively we can offer a credit note.
3. When making a refund please contact us first with your order number and reason for return, and we will issue you with a return reference number
4.You must then return the item to DARWIN AND DELILAH within seven working days in the condition it was sold in, and the original packaging that it was sent in with the return reference number stated clearly on the external packaging. We will contact you once the item has been received. Then either a refund or a credit note will be issued.
5. We would advise you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
6. Unfortunately we cannot refund overseas postage or any tax and duties payable outside of the EU.
