All items are created and assembled by daswood design and are made in the USA.
Payment through Paypal is expected within 3 days following your purchase. We aim to ship your items promptly after your payment has cleared.
We will not hold an item longer than one week with payment outstanding.
California residents will be charged local sales tax. This will automatically be listed on your Paypal invoice.
SORRY WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AT THIS TIME. ADDITIONALLY WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
We ship our orders via Fedex Ground or USPS.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days from the time your payment has cleared.
All our pieces are packed with care to ensure their safe arrival.
We use primarily recycled shipping supplies.
Refunds and Exchanges
ALL SALES AT DASWOOD DESIGN ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the product and its intention for decoration in children’s rooms we do not accept general returns.
If you want to be sure of the material and/or color appearance, please contact us and we will do our best to produce a material sample before you purchase.
That said, we do want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your items at info [!at] dianajessdesign.com and we will work with you to make it right! We will charge a restocking fee of 25% and buyer is responsible for return shipping if a return is exepted. Items for exchange/return must be in original packaging and smoke-free.
If your items are damaged during shipping we will process a claim. We MUST be informed within 48 hours of confirmed delivery of the damaged goods to process a claim. Contact us at info [!at] dianajessdesign.com. Please hold onto all packaging materials and product until further notice. Carrier may need to inspect the package if a claim is filed. Please INSPECT ALL DELIVERIES UPON ARRIVAL.
