5 out of 5 starsI love this pin! The art looks great! The pin does seem to like to tilt about 30 degrees from being upright, which is not really a problem, but maybe the balance could be fixed somehow in the future? Either way, a great pin to add to the collection.

Are there matching crochet patterns to buy for all your crochet figures?
No, I don't write crochet patterns for all of my figures. All the patterns I provide can be found in my Etsy store or on my website.
If there is no crochet pattern for a particular figure, it can be for several reasons.
May I sell the crochet figures I make following your crochet instructions?
My crochet patterns are for personal use only. The pattern, or parts of it, may not be published, changed, shared or sold. The amigurumi/crocheted doll is for personal use only and may not be sold. Photos of the amigurumi/crocheted doll may be published, if the originator is mentioned:

I bought a crochet pattern and thought is was a finished crochet figure. Can I have a refund?
Digital products like crochet patterns are excepted from refund. This is an Etsy policy and it's also written in my article descriptions (first sentence). My crochet patterns are clearly described for what they are, it's written in the headline, in the article description and even on the first photo.
Are your Enamel Pins made by yourself?
All my enamel pins are designed by myself - from the sketch to the finished design. I only have them made by a manufactory.
How can I download my digital purchase?
You'll receive an automatic e-mail from Etsy with the link for download right after your purchase.
Alternatively, you can download your files as follows:
1. Go to "Your Account".
2. Choose "Purchases and Reviews".
3. Next to the order, select "Download Files".
This only works with the web browser and not with the app.
How do you calculate your shipping costs?
The amount of shipping costs is composed of the costs of the following components:
• Postage of the shipping company (DHL, Deutsche Post or Hermes)
• Packing material (shipping box, packing paper, tape)
• Printing of the shipping label / stamp
• Printing of the invoice and delivery note pocket for international shipping
• Etsy fees
Can I pick up my order from you?
No. Orders are only shipped by me and cannot be picked up at my home.
Why do you only ship to certain countries?
Due to the new packaging law it is not worthwhile for me to ship my goods to certain countries, for which I need e.g. a packaging license or have to register in the packaging register. Therefore, I only ship to countries where this is not necessary.
I would like to buy several products from your store. Can I get a discount code?
No, I do not send out individual discount codes. That's unfair to customers who pay full price for my products.
If you can't afford something, that's perfectly fine. Many people feel the same way, and so do I. But to want to price gouge small business owners, of all people, I think is totally inappropriate.
Do you take commissions?
I have so far occasionally accepted commissions, but now decided not to do this anymore.
It's just very important to me to only work on things that I myself enjoy and feel like doing, which is why I only want to focus on my own projects in the future.
