2/15/13 : USPS prices have sadly gone up! I've had to alter my prices to suit. I'm working on changing all of my listings to be print 'packs' to make each purchase more worthwhile. Please stay tuned for more prints and more changes!

Welcome to Daunting Trading Company! I strive to proved the best quality product for my customers

Payment

I accept Paypal, Checks and Money Orders. When it comes to Checks and Money Orders I do not ship the item until the check or money order has arrived and cleared the bank so please factor that time into your purchase.

Shipping

I mail nearly everything First Class and First Class International with USPS. Larger, nationally shipped orders I add insurance, at no expense to the buyer.

Delivery time can be anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on my current supplies. If you have a need for it to arrive by a certain time, please let me know and I will do everything in my power to make sure it arrives in plenty of time.

If your package is returned to me I will make every attempt to contact you and try to correct the problem. If I can't reach you withing 2 months I will return the cost of the goods to you, but not the cost of shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the event that the product is damaged in some way when it arrives, just let me know and I will replace it if possible. In the case of bookmarks and prints, always. Charm replacements will depend on my current stock as I have to order those in large batches. Original art, should it be damaged, will need to be returned and I will refund you for your purchase.

Should I be unable to replace it I will absolutely refund your purchase.

Should you be unhappy with the product or feel that it doesn't match the quality/description of what I posted. I would be more than happy to make arrangements with you to have it returned and to refund your money.

I will ALWAYS work with you if there is any issue with your order. Please just contact me and let me know and we will work it out.

My customers are very important to me and I want you to be 100% satisfied! If you have any questions, concerns or comments I would love to hear them!
