These cards are awesome! Good quality stock and amazing artwork. The prints are hand signed by the artist. I definitely would recommend these cards to all my friends.

Hello and welcome to DaveClark's Etsy Shop. Congratulations! You've made it to the end of the internet.

Below is long, scary-sounding legalese. Be not afraid. Most of the stipulations are largely precautionary, and are there to protect me from the occasional rogue sociopath/art collector (you know who you are).

You can keep reading, but it's devoid of all humor and you'll probably regret it.

Cancellations for a full refund must be made, in writing, before shipment. (See 'Refunds and Exchanges' and 'Shipping' policies for details.)

The artist reserves the right to cancel all sales and transactions at any time, for any reason, without notice. (Yikes!) In the unfortunate event a sale must be canceled, all applicable payments will, of course, be refunded.

Artist reserves all rights on all artwork.
All orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX. Additionally, each order is insured for full value for no additional fee.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, but no later than 3 business days, unless otherwise posted (See 'Additional Info' for details). Once shipped, the buyer will receive a tracking number for the order.


All international orders will, naturally, take longer to arrive than domestic orders. Please be patient, we're all in this together.

International buyers assume all responsibility for any and all fees (customs, taxes, etc.) associated with international orders. No international order will be labeled a "gift" to avoid duty charges or any other applicable taxes or fees. This is illegal and a no-no.

Sorry, rush or custom shipping requests are not available at this time.
Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, for whatever reason, simply send the item(s) back in their original condition for a FULL REFUND.


Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier via tracking number, the buyer has 72 hours (3 days) from that time to request a refund.


Convo me with "Refund Request" as the subject. Be sure to include the following information in the body of the message:
-date(s) of purchase
-listing number(s)
-item title(s)

Once the returned order is received by the seller in good condition, the full purchase price (minus shipping costs) will be returned via your initial payment method within 7 business days.

It is in the buyer's best interest (though not required) to purchase proof of shipment/insurance for return shipping. Please take care to repackage all items carefully and securely for transit. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

NOTE: Unfortunately, no refund will be granted for item(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Returns are considered lost if not received by the seller within 30 days of receipt of the refund request convo.

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to obtain reimbursement(s) from the shipping company for lost or damaged return items.


If you believe an order is lost or was damaged in transit, please convo me with all pertinent information (see "TO REQUEST A REFUND" heading above).

Additional policies and FAQs
VACATION: While the shop is "On Vacation" all unprocessed orders and transactions are suspended. Those orders that have been processed and payment has been received, prior to the vacation announcement, will be shipped within 3 business days, per the Shipping policy.
