Payment
I accept payment through Paypal.

If payment is not received within five days, your order will be cancelled and a report will be filed for an incomplete transaction. Likewise, if you wish to cancel an order, please notify the seller within five days of placing said order or it will be cancelled and a report will be filed for an incomplete transaction.
Shipping
All photos will be packaged in a clear acetate sleeve, and then shipped in a no-bend package.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service as Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation. I offer these Priority Mail rates on orders shipped within the United States. For special shipping rates to overseas locations, please send me a message with the item number of the piece you wish to purchase BEFORE you buy. Likewise, If you wish to insure your order during shipping, please state your name, your Etsy username, and the name(s) of the photograph(s) that you wish to purchase in a message to the seller BEFORE you buy. A special reserved item will be placed in the shop for you to purchase that will include the price of an insured package.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges are very unique cases. The following instances are fully acceptable reasons for a refund or exchange:
-The product was damaged during shipping
-The product was lost during shipping
-The product sent was not the product ordered by the buyer
-The buyer placed an order while the seller was on vacation and sent a message to the seller to cancel their order before shipment.

All refund and exchange queries must be made in the form of a message to the sender within 30 days of delivery. Said message should contain your name, your Etsy username, the product(s) you wish to refund/exchange, and the reason for the refund(s)/exchange(s).

The following instances will not be accepted as valid reasons for a refund or exchange:
-The buyer changed their mind about the product after payment and did not notify the seller before shipment.
-The buyer placed an order while the seller was on vacation and did not send a message to the seller to cancel their order before shipment.

Of course, there will be always be certain cases that require special attention. If you feel as though none of the above refund/exchange stipulations fit your situation, please notify me ASAP.
