Caring for Your Ornament

We recommend treating ornaments with care by storing your ornament in a ridged waterproof box wrapped with acid free archival tissue paper. Ornaments should always be stored away from moisture, light, humidity, and extreme temperature change. Plain white linen sheets or fabric dish towels which are free of chemicals and dyes may also be used to wrap delicate pieces.

To preserve the design of your ornament, we recommended handling ornaments with care. To clean ornaments, use a soft dry (never wet) cloth to gently dust ornaments. Ornaments should never be cleaned or wiped with chemicals or cleaning solutions. You may also use a small, dry makeup brush or soft bristle paintbrush to remove dust and debris from hard-to-reach places.

What is the difference between premium and economy gift bags?

All of our premium gift bags are crafted of heavyweight paper and feature a sturdy paperboard base, finished edge bag opening, and either ribbon or rope handles.

Our economy gift bags are crafted of lightweight paper and feature a frayed cut edge bag opening with twisted paper handles.

What should I do if I recieve my order damaged?

Claims for damaged items must be filed within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Any damages to packaging or products must be noted at the time of delivery in order for us to process a damage claim. Keep all damaged materials.

Claims must be reported immediately by message via Etsy Conversations or email: clientservices@davenportandbloom.com . Please provide images of the damaged products. Claims received after 24 hours of delivery will not be processed

When will my order arrive?

You will see an estimated ship date for your order at the time of purchase. (Please note that your ship date is not equivalent to the actual delivery date.)

- SHIP DATE: When your order leaves our design house.
- DELIVERY DATE: When your order arrives to you.

STANDARD DELIVERY:
Orders shipped via standard delivery will arrive by regular mail. Note: Regular mail does not include insurance coverage and we are not responsible for postal service delays or shipments lost by Canada Post.
(Please note that tracking is not included in standard delivery.) Tracked options are available for purchase at checkout.

TRACKED, EXPRESS, & UPS DELIVERY:
Rush options are available at checkout. Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

USA: Arrives approximately 1.5 to 3 weeks after ship date.

How long will it take before my order ships?

Most orders are processed and ship from our design house within 5-7 business days after your order date. There are possible delays that may occur without warning, but we do our best to stay within the 5-7 business day timeline. Please know that order processing times may vary. Please see individual listings for current order processing times.

What are Business Days?

Business days refer to the weekdays (Monday to Friday), and do not include public holidays and weekends.

Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or on public holidays will begin the handwritten production time countdown on the next business day.
