Returns and exchanges
In the case of non-arrival, damage or dissatisfaction of any kind, please contact me, before leaving feedback, so we can work out a solution......in most situations I offer a full refund or replacement at my expense.........I generally subscribe to the "customer is always right" philosophy!

Very few items are ever lost in the post, and as a result my policy is that I would rather replace lost or damaged items and cover the cost myself, than have buyers pay the extra amount for every item to be tracked and insured. So all items are covered by my assurance to replace anything, where necessary, at my expense.
Payment
Payment is by credit card and Paypal only. Items are shipped as soon as possible after payment clears.
Shipping
Orders are packaged in bubble envelopes and shipped by first class mail, which has no tracking.

I ship every second weekday (M,W,F), so as soon as possible, your jewelry will be in the mail..... which in most cases will be within 5 business days of getting your order.....Realistically, for the US and Canada, most deliveries should occur about 8 to 10 business days , or 2 weeks after your order date depending on where you are on the continent, how far you are from a major city, and the vagaries of your local postal service. But in any case should you feel that too much time has passed without delivery please contact me.

Any import taxes, VAT, customs duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.......for many countries these are non-existent for imports of less than several hundred dollars.......the US and Australia, for example, but others have a lower free import limit........at the time of writing, the UK charges 20% VAT plus £8 for anything valued at over £15.....so buyers should check their local regulations to avoid possible surprises.....If in doubt, contact me before ordering.
Additional policies and FAQs
I don't take custom orders, but should you see a color/pattern configuration that isn't offered in the shape/size/item you want, let me know and, if possible, I'll make it for you.
