Returns and exchanges
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know. I ask you return the product with a note of why you are returning and include your decision to return or exchange the item.

If you send the item back to me, please retain a copy of your postal mailing. If I find that the product has not been returned to me in fully resalable condition, I reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

If an item you have received is damaged please inform me within 24 hrs of delivery.

In the case of non-faulty goods, I will reimburse you for the cost of the product only. Please ensure that these are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging).

I aim to send within 1 day of receipt of your order. I will inform you via e-mail the estimated delivery time. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery within the USA. For the rest of the world please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
