I never received my order and am having difficulty reaching the store. I ordered in early January and haven’t received my order as of end of March.

The glasses are very nice but I placed my order on November 17th to get them for Christmas and just received them on Feb 1st. The sellers responded to my first message as to where the glasses were but no word from them on the second message again asking where they were.

The champagne flutes I purchased are beautiful. However, I will never use this shop again and would never recommend them. The flutes had a stated 2-3 week lead time, and I received them 10 weeks later. When I inquired about an updated ship date, I was given an excuse and a new date. Then, when that date was missed, I would get another excuse and a new date. They missed 4 of these ship dates. Then, when I was finally notified it was “shipped” it stayed in pretransit for a week. When I asked why this was, the seller told me it was because they hadn’t taken it to the post office yet. Marking it as shipped a week before they mailed it was dishonest. I am lucky to have gotten mine in time for my wedding, as several other reviewers did not.

Because this product is personalized and hand-made, it took about a month and a half to create. I communicated several times with the owners, who responded within hours each time. I needed the flutes for my son's wedding which was quickly approaching. They indicated they made a mistake, but corrected it by not only express shipping the flutes, but also had a courier deliver them to my doorstep the day before the wedding. The flutes are absolutely gorgeous and one-of-a-kind unique in a beautiful way. The personalization was also very pretty and easy to read.

Very happy with the craftsmanship and customer service. I highly recommend! The candle holders are beautiful and such a unique touch for our cabin.

Just beautiful! I especially love that the trees are different on each candle holder. The glass is solid and heavy, definitely the quality I was hoping for!

I never recieved my purchase and when I contacted the shop, I was replied to initially and then ignored. I will be requesting a refund.

Ordered on November 20 still have not received I am from Pa so since this co is in pa not sure why taking so long
