Returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your item, convo me within 2 days of receipt and we'll work something out.

I accept payments made through PayPal, personal checks and money orders. For payments by personal checks, shipping will only be made after checks have cleared..

All purchases must be paid for within 3 business days of purchase, otherwise the purchase will be canceled, with notification to Etsy, and the item will be relisted.

Minnesota residents, please add 6.875% for state sales tax.

I use USPS almost exclusively. I will use USPS Flat Rate Shipping where it is more economical for quantity items. However, buyer may notify me if there is a preference.

I ship to PayPal addresses only, so please make sure that your Paypal address is current. Buyer is responsible for all fees and/or shipping charges in cases of incorrect addresss and in re-shipping. If you wish the item to be shipped somewhere else, please leave a prominent note at the point of purchase.

To avoid waste, I use recycled packaging materials where possible. However, you can be assured that all items will be carefully and securely packaged (as well as can be), before shipping.

Shipping is usually done within 2 business of paid purchase.
