Frequently asked questions
Do you make items other than what you have listed in your store?
Yes. We have made everything from earrings to desks! If you don’t see it in our store please contact us. If we can’t make it, we might be able to point you to someone who can.
Will the item I buy look exactly like what I see pictured?
The best way to put it is that it will look very similar. Our rings, earrings, ear plugs, knife stands, and sayas are custom made per order. If you are buying a wooden item, then expect the grain patterns and color to be unique. If you are buying a resin item, then understand that we do a custom resin pour for each order, which will make it unique. Small variations can also appear in our other materials. Items brought to life by one of our production partners should be a nearly accurate match, though again small variations can happen. We are of the opinion that small variations are something to be celebrated as they allow each item to stand out from the others.
Do you offer custom gift wrapping?
Yes we do, at least for the items we craft here in our shop. The cost of wrapping will vary depending on your item and your specific requests. Contact us and we can discuss the options.
Do you personally make all the items in your shop?
Our rings, earrings, ear plugs, sayas, and knife stands - all made from wood or resin - are handmade by us in our shop. All other items are designed by us and made into a finished product with the help of one of our production partners. They help us bring items to life that we would otherwise not be able to offer! If you are unsure about how an item is produced, check its description. Still unsure? Feel free to message us and ask :)
Do you offer refinishing on your items?
We can refinish our wood rings. In fact, we will do this once for free during the first year of ownership. We ask that you simply pay to ship it to us. Contact us if you want to take advantage of this. After the first year or after the first refinish, whichever comes first, there will be a small charge. Contact us for details.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size ring. Can you help me?
We can! We will offer a one-time exchange for this issue. We ask that you contact us immediately and let us know. We will ask you to visit your local jewelry counter and have them size you so that we can be accurate. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the item you are returning must be in new condition. We will craft your new item after we have physically received your return. NOTE: Size exchanges are offered for US customers only. Size exchanges are not offered for customers outside the US. Also, this policy applies to rings. Gauges cannot be returned or exchanged for size issues.
The item I bought arrived damaged. What do I do?
We do our very best to make high quality products, but on rare occasions our efforts are undone during shipping. If your item should arrive damaged please contact us immediately. We will replace the item quickly. We do ask that you take a photo of the packaging and a photo of the item. We will need these in order to file a damage claim with the carrier. Please do not dispose of the damaged item or its packaging until instruction by us to do so.
Do you offer discounts for ordering multiple items?
Such requests are handled on a case by case basis and will depend on what you want to purchase. Contact us and we can discuss the possibilities.
