5 out of 5 starsCaroline's work never ceases to amaze me! You can't really see this from the photo but she used blue stitching to make water and clouds and it's so beautiful! It gives it a really cool quilted look! I can't wait to see what she comes up with next!

Ex-computer programmer turned fabric artist
Have always loved sewing and make my spouse's shirts as well as sewing for myself. This left me with leftover fabric which I decided to turn into pieces and parts of purses and pillows. One step led to another and I have decided that creating my own patterns with paint, strip quilting, and beads, lends a far more interesting look to my work.
We recently moved back to Texas and share a home with our daughter. Not much room for a studio at this time, but hope to find a way in the future. My husband is a photographer working mainly in black and white and also has a shop on Etsy named DC Photo Art.
I hope to create until I can no longer lift my arms. I hope you enjoy looking at what I have created and come back often to check out the new stuff.

Alyce is still working a day job, but in her off time she creates wonderful bracelets and earrings. She coordinates some of them with the purses I make. Best of all she is my daughter.
Shop policies
The beauty of the exterior does not give a clue to the practical interior. Every fabric item is interlined with either canvas or heavy craft interfacing for sturdiness. All are Scotch Guarded to protect them from whatever you do not want on or in them. Each has at least one pocket inside and some on the outside. Depends on what the pattern of the fabric would allow.
