Payment
Paypal is my preferred method of payment, but I will also accept Money Orders.

When paying with Paypal, payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not made, the sale will be cancelled and the item will be relisted in my shop.

When paying with Money Order, payment must be received within 7 days. If payment is not received, the sale will be cancelled and the item will be relisted in my shop. Please make out Money Orders to Danielle Colby and mail to the following address:

Shipping
Shipment of your order will go out within 48 hours of payment received (this excludes custom orders and weekends).
I ship most of my items USPS Priority Mail but also use First Class for smaller items to keep costs down.
All domestic purchases over $10 include shipping confirmation. If you would like insurance, please let me know in the message to seller when you make your purchase. I will send you an invoice for the additional cost. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will work with you as best as I can to be sure you are happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted according to the following guidelines:

You must convo me within 48 hours of receiving your item. If it is decided that the item will be returned, you must then ship it back to me (in it's original condition) within 5 days of the date that you received it.
Once I have the returned item I will refund your money (less shipping charges).

**Some, not all, custom orders may be returnable for shop credit only. If you have a question about this, please convo me.

**All sale items are final. No returns or exchanges.
