My name is Dawn Cooper, and I'm a freelance illustrator living and working in Bristol, England. This is a space where I sell my artwork, original screen-printed goods and other handmade things.

If you have any questions about my products, or queries regarding your order, please contact me using the Etsy messaging service, or e-mail me at mail[at]dawncooper.com.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item, or it has been damaged in the post, please send me a message and I will arrange the appropriate return or refund of the item. I will allow thirty days, as standard, for the notification of unsatisfactory items.
Payment
I accept payment through Paypal.

If you are unable to make an immediate payment, I will contact you within a couple of days to make sure there hasn't been any problems with the transaction. Alternatively, if I do not receive payment or any communication within five days, the transaction will be terminated.
Shipping
I will try to post orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to four days for dispatch. If you have any concerns, or need the item particularly quickly, please just get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate this.
