ITEM SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
Once a payment is cleared, I will do my best to get your items on their way within 2 or 3 business days.(Monday through Friday)
HOW ITEMS ARE SHIPPED:
CANADA: Sent Canada Post (2-12 days depending on province) Upgrade to Expedited Parcel or Priority Courier is available. Contact me for quotes.
USA: Sent Canada Post to USA' (6-12 days depending on state & customs) Expedited Shipping of 5 business days is available for an additional charge. Contact me for details.
EVERYWHERE ELSE: Light items can and will be sent via Air and take about 20 business days to arrive. Other items, or heavy items can be sent Canada Post - Surface (4-6 weeks or longer) **Other shipping available, please contact me with your location for additional, faster shipping rates if required. Some items may be too heavy to ship over seas.
***Buyer will be responsible for paying any duties and customs that may be applied for parcels shipped outside of Canada.
I always pack items with extra care, and will provide adequate materials to protect your items. Being big on recycling, whenever I have a strong sturdy box on hand that I feel fits my needs, I am going to use it. If you would rather have a new box, please convo me. :)
Shipping rates have unfortunately increased here in 2013, and are reflected as per Canada Post standards.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please email me prior to sending back any items and we can discuss the arrangements. Each case is handled individually. In your email, please provide reason for the return. All returns must be packaged properly and shipped with insurance. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
If the item arrived broken, please email me immediately and provide photos of the damage. Together we will arrange the best way to fix the issue.
