Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders come gift-wrapped! However, if you'd like a personalized card or gift tag, let me know! If your order contains gifts for multiple people, feel free to message me and I’ll package them separately inside for you.
All inner packaging comes water/weather proof.
Prints are wrapped in a zipper bag and sent via a rigid mailer envelope. Specialty prints are in bubble mailers with a cardboard back.
Most orders come in bubble mailers with extra padding protection.
All cardboard and bubble wrap used in packaging is 100% reused or recycled.
I include free candy with all orders over 10 USD! Orders with prints only are excluded to avoid bending the prints.
Orders do not come with packing slips to conserve paper use.
Wholesale availability
If you want bulk orders of anything in my shop, please message me! I can currently make the following at home IN BULK with a 1-4 day turnaround:

- Stickers
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the logistics and costs of shipping, I don't accept returns/exchanges. However, if something arrives broken, please let me know and attach a picture and I'll do my best to make the situation right! I'd be more than happy to replace a broken piece or provide compensation.
I pack things heavily with bubble wrap so everything should arrive safe!
Customers have 7 days after delivery to reach out to me about defects. Anything after that window cannot be guaranteed.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders will ALWAYS be set at a reserved amount of orders/amount of time passing! It can take up to over a month so please be aware of the timeframes I share. I will never cancel an item due to lack of pre-orders! Some also come with free bonuses only during the pre-order time frame.
Pre-ordering is a guaranteed way to reserve your copy of any of my items and I often sell out after the leftovers go up.

Sales
Sales will happen at random intervals of the year so keep your eye out for coupons and whole shop sales! (My largest yearly sale is Halloween.) I include a coupon code after every order as a thank you.
Shipping (Domestic)
I ship orders a few times a week, depending on my schedule. Most often Tuesdays and Fridays. Excludes all postal holidays.
All domestic orders ship First Class USPS and arrive in 1-5 business days by default.
Shipping (International)
I ship orders a few times a week, depending on my schedule. Excludes all postal holidays.
International orders are tracked to SOME countries with USPS First Class.
TRACKING INCLUDED TO:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom, Ireland.
Other countries will require a fee for tracking. Please select the Priority Mail International Shipping option during checkout for tracking if your country isn’t listed above and you'd like tracking.
I am not responsible for customs/import fees.

Reserved/Custom Listings
Reserved listings are custom orders for the person who requested it only.
If you buy a reserved listing and it wasn't made for you, you will be refunded, and the order canceled.
Custom orders CANNOT BE CANCELED OR REFUNDED. No exceptions!
Unpurchased custom order listings will be removed in a week.
Conventions
I apply to a lot of conventions in California’s Bay Area and sometimes sell there! I’ll announce where I sell on my website and social medias.
Please note I will up processing time on items before, during, and after the convention! Items will be updated with the correct level of stock when I’ve returned.
Shipping (More)
I am not responsible for delivery errors due to buyer address issues. Buyer responsibility is to double check their own information before ordering. If a package is returned to sender for an incorrect or invalid address, the buyer is to cover the cost to re-ship, or a refund of the item cost will be offered.
I offer a Shipping Re-Charge listing in this case, I will message you about orders with delivery errors and let you know the course of action.
I will not mark orders as a gift or reduce the value on customs forms.
I WILL ONLY SHIP WITH THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE AT CHECKOUT. Shipping to a different address is a violation of Etsy's Terms of Service.
