1. How do I get/ download the files I purchased?

If you paid with Paypal or credit card, confirmation might takes few minutes. Files will be available for download once your payment is confirmed.
You can view your files through the following:

a. Etsy Account: Click your profile picture- purchase and review to see all the files you purchase ready for download

b. Email: You will be receiving a download notification email separate from any transaction emails you received from Etsy or Paypal

Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer."

2. Why didn't I receive my order/ download?

The digital items you have purchased from Etsy will not be emailed to you by the seller.
Kindly refer above for information and instructions.

3. Does your templates/ workshops come with a tutorial?

DWB offers two different classifications: Template Bundle and Workshops

Paper Flower Workshops:
a. Digital Templates in multiple formats
SVG for Cricut, Silhouette V3 and DXF for Silhouette machines, and LDF for manual cutting

b. Detailed Video Tutorial
Deaney goes into detail and teaches you the technique and process of how to make the paper flower.

- Helpful resources on how to use the digital files with your cutting machine

-Includes video and PDF details of how to upload the files to the program of your cutting device, helpful cut, and print setting, and many more

c. Password Protected workshop page on DWB's website.
All videos and files are accessible and laid out on one page in the website link, making it more convenient to efficiently access and work on the project.

Paper Flower Template Bundle:

a. Digital Templates (as stated in the shop)
b. Simple Video Tutorials


4. Can I use your files with my cutting machine?
Absolutely!

Check the cutting machine guidelines:

Cricut Explore Air one and above: SVG Files

Cameo Silhouette: Cameo Silhouette V3 or DXF (you must have the Silhouette Studio
Designer Edition software and above to upload SVG files.)

Printer/Manual Cutting: PDF files if you don't have any mentioned 1/2 (Keep in mind though, some of my templates can be intricate so, cutting them by scissors or cutter requires a little patience 😅)


Note: Workshops include a walkthrough process of uploading files using Cricut Design Space, Cameo Silhouette Studio, and even a Printer setting for PDF files.
