Thanks for stopping by my store. If you love custom made, personalized name and wire wrapped jewelry as much as I do, then I know you will find something here that is perfect!

Accepted payment methods

Payment is accepted at time of transaction. I accept payments through Etsy Direct checkout including PayPal.

I will send your order to "Ship to" Etsy address. If you would like your order sent to an alternate address, please include the address in Note to seller upon checkout.

Please contact me through Etsy convo if you need to update/modify your Etsy order.
Shipping
My lead time is currently 5 business days before shipment but subject to the order volume, my lead time may increase or decrease on a daily basis. The lead time given is only a guide and therefore must be treated as such.

For orders of 5 or more items, please add an extra day to this time. Orders placed on a national holiday or on Saturday or Sunday will be treated as Monday's orders, therefore will be subject to a 5 business day lead time from that day.

Orders are delivered to the "Ship to" Etsy address. If you would like your order sent to an alternate address, please include the address either in the Ship To Address of your order or in the "Note to seller" during checkout; (for orders within the U.S. - it must be the same country otherwise I cannot provide tracking).

ORDERS WITHIN CANADA ship via Canada Post regular airmail WITHOUT tracking and generally take 3-5 business days for delivery (after you receive your shipping confirmation), although some orders can take a little longer. I have no control over delivery; once it leaves my hands, it is up to the postal service. Please be aware that during the holiday season, it is advisable to allow extra time for delivery.

I will consider your parcel lost only after 30 days have passed since shipping confirmation was sent to you. After this time I will gladly send you a replacement item.

ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S. ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking number (but without insurance unless requested) and generally take 3-5 business days for delivery (after you receive your shipping confirmation), although some orders can take a little longer.

Once it leaves my hands, it is up to the postal service to do their job to get the parcel to you. Please check your tracking first before contacting me regarding a delayed item.

If your item has been marked as delivered but has not arrived, I am not responsible for replacement (as per Etsy Seller Protection Guidelines).

I will consider your parcel lost only after 21 days have passed since shipping confirmation and tracking was sent to you. Often, delayed parcels will arrive within this time frame. After 21 days, I will gladly send you a replacement item.

For large orders within the U.S, where shipping costs equal $12 or higher, I will upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail 2-3 business days with tracking number.


ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE CANADA & THE U.S. will be sent via USPS First Class International Air Mail with tracking number and delivery will take between 1 - 4 weeks dependent on your postal carrier. Please be patient as some countries take longer. Please be aware that during the holiday season, it is advisable to allow extra time for delivery.

International shipments are declared at full value (less shipping); the buyer is responsible for any customs duties/fees.

If your item has been marked as delivered but has not arrived, I am not responsible for replacement (as per Etsy Seller Protection Guidelines).

Orders will only be considered lost if 60 days have passed since shipping confirmation was sent to you. After this time I will gladly send you a replacement item.

Shipping/handling fees cover: gift wrap/box, packaging materials, postal mailer, labor and postal fees.

While I ship from North Dakota, I am a resident of Manitoba, Canada. I cross the Canadian/US border approximately 1-2 times a week (depending on my order volume) to mail parcels from USPS. For this reason, at times I'm unable to accommodate requests for overnight or 2 day rush shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact me and I will try my hardest to address your concerns.

I am happy to offer a full refund or exchange in the case of legitimate product defect. If you feel an item has a defect, please contact me within 30 days of receipt of product/s. Due to the nature of materials used (if plated) plus normal wear and tear, I cannot offer a replacement or refund of jewelry items after 30 days.

If you are sending an item to me for refund, please make sure it's within 7 business days of the receipt of your order.

Please read the product description carefully! Please make sure the length of the piece will fit you. Please specify length required with your order if it's different to what is stated in the item description. If you need your item lengthened or shortened I am happy to provide this service but I do not cover the shipping costs either way.

ORDERS PLACED DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON (NOVEMBER, DECEMBER)
I am happy to modify items (if custom names) or exchange stock items (at vendor's discretion) that were purchased to give as gifts if they are the wrong size. All shipping costs for the return and replacement items are the responsibility of the customer.
