    ~PRINTED PRODUCTS~
    Once an order has been placed, I am only able to cancel and refund your order if you contact me within 1 hour after ordering. I keep to a production schedule so your order gets queued up to print shortly after I receive your order.

    ~INSTANT DOWNLOAD & PRINTABLES~
    No refunds will be granted on instant download and printable products. Please read the descriptions carefully to insure you know what you are purchasing. If you have any problems with printing and/or using the file(s), please contact me and I will help you.

    ~A NOTE ABOUT COLOR VARIATION~
    Due to variations in print material or computer monitor settings, I cannot guarantee your printed item will be an exact match with what you see on your screen. Color variance should be expected.

    ~DEFECTIVE ITEMS~
    I do not accept returns on printed merchandise unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. Please contact me within 5 business days of receiving it if you believe your product is damaged. Be sure to send pictures.

    ~DAMANGED DURING SHIPPING~
    If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify me within 5 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.

    ~PRODUCT WARENTEE~
    I will warrant manufacturer defects for items returned for replacement or repair within 5 days of product delivery date. Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design.

    All items are shipped via US Postal Service or FedEx.

    See individual items for processing times. During the holiday season (Nov 19 – Dec 31st) production timelines are extended. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. I have no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. In the unlikely event of a delay, I will inform you by e-mail.

    **RUSH PROCESSING** If my schedule permits, rush processing may be available for a fee. Feel free to contact me to inquire about current rush processing availability.

    **SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS**
    Standard First class international: 10-21+ business days (not including time in customs)
    Priority Mail international: 6-10 business days (not including time in customs)
    Express Mail international: 3-5 business days (not including time in customs)

    I am not responsible for delays in domestic or international shipping. Once it is out of my hands, the postal service is in charge of delivering your package. Feel free to contact your local post office to inquire about any problems and/or delays.

    If I send you an Etsy message/convo, when can I expect a reply?

    I work Monday-Friday. My hours can vary from day to day but I keep an eye on messages even while I'm away from my computer. Occasionally, I work on weekends but I try to reserve this time for myself and my family so don't be alarmed if you contact me on the weekend and don't hear back until Monday.

    Do you provide a digital proof of what the personalization will look like?

    I do not, BUT I do guarantee that if I print your information differently than how you've submitted it in your order form, I will replace them for free. I literally copy and paste your personalized info into the design template so if you spell everything correctly and double-check capitalization and punctuation, you can trust me that I'll center everything nicely to make it look fabulous! I have years and years of graphic design and printing experience. If I am unsure about any of your personalization, I will contact you prior to print.

    Can I personalize my order?

    I offer both personalized and pre-designed products. Some are only available pre-designed/not personalized. The listings are pretty clearly marked as available for personalization but feel free to contact me if you need clarification.

    How long does it take to ship my order?

    Mugs ship in 3-5 business days.
    Luminaries ship in 2-3 business day.

    Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message?

    For Mugs: They come a clear bag with a black ribbon tied, ready to gift and there is NEVER pricing on the order slip. There is a section during checkout to include a gift message if you'd like.

    Can I rush the processing of my order?

    Please contact me PRIOR to ordering to inquire about rush processing. I will take a look at my production schedule and let you know. Rush processing is typically ready to ship in 2 business days and the fee starts at $20.

    Can I change the shipping address on my order?

    Yes. If your order hasn't shipped, I'm happy to update the address.

    Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes, I've had the pleasure of working with customers all over the world! Etsy does not give us an option to collect VAT or customs charges of any kind. You will be responsible for that upon receiving your package.

    My package came late, is there anything you can do?

    The shipping times stated are estimates. Shipping times are subject to conditions out of my control like carrier error, weather, holiday rush, international customs, etc,... Contact me if you believe your package is missing.

    If the tracking ID indicates an order was delivered, most often a family member picked up the package without informing you. In the rare circumstance it's missing or stolen, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
