Returns and exchange details
**Dearest Jane is not responsible for lost or damaged goods due to shipping neglect, (see shipping policy if a concern). I will try my best to work with you to find a solution. I try to package my items safely so no damage may occur. IF a return is necessary, buyer is responsible for shipping on their end, and in return i will replace item or an in store credit if item is not available. I try to represent my items with honest photos and descriptions to the best of my ability. Please, please ask or convo me with any additional questions before purchase is made.
I accept payments through Etsy's Direct Checkout and PayPal. If you pay with a Paypal eCheck, your order will be shipped within the estimated shipping time frame starting the day the payment clears. (3-5 days)
**I package your orders carefully and i try to add a little something lovely or sweet packaging for your special order♥
-The cost of shipping includes the cost of shipping materials (box or cushioned mailer,special extras) and USPS First-Class postage, or Priority mail. Delivery confirmation is included on all US & International orders when available. International orders could only be tracked in the USA, and after that, they are out o my hands.. Tracking number is sent with a shipping notification email once an order ships. I visit my little local post office almost everyday, so you can have your lovely goody faster!! Please note if you are ordering from outside the United States it takes a MINIMUM of 2-3 weeks and up to 3 MONTHS for packages to arrive and this is out of our control. Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for misguided delivery, and your shipping charge WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if parcel does not make it!!

-If you would like insurance added to your order, please send a convo to me, and I will send a revised invoice through PayPal. If your order is large, i will do shipping discounts, or Flat rate boxes. If you need something faster, please email me and I will see what I can do for you!

**I do not ship invoices for orders. If you need one, you can visit your Purchases page here on Etsy and print one for your records.

All orders are automatically shipped to your ETSY address. No refunds, returns, exchanges or redo orders will be accepted if an order is shipped to an incorrect address. Buyers are responsible for having their accurate address listed at all times.

All orders ship within 1-3 business days. I happily accommodate rush orders. If you need your order shipped sooner than the expected shipping date, please message me to confirm that your order can be shipped by the date needed.

►►Note: I can only guarantee a shipping date, NOT an arrival date. I don't ever issue refunds or returns because a package doesn't arrive on time. It is the buyers responsibility to place an order with enough time to receive it by their deadline.

Orders shipped during the holiday season (November - December) may take longer to arrive due to the high amount of circulating mail. I recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance, one month for international orders, to ensure that they arrive on time.

My shipping rates include postage, mailers, packaging materials and the cost of business essentials and supplies. All rates are fairly calculated and are non-negotiable.

Upgrades in shipping and insurance are available at the request of the buyer.

International shipping takes a MINIMUM 2-3 WEEKS AND CAN TAKE UP TO 3 MONTHS TO ARRIVE. Once we mail your package we have no control over how long it will take to arrive to you no matter which mail class you have chosen to have it sent. Tracking for First Class Mail is available to some countries, but not all at this time. We cannot guarantee your package will be tracked once it leaves the United States. You may upgrade to Priority or Express International to speed up the time it takes for your order to arrive to customs in your country, but it can still take your country's customs additional time to get the package or notice of arrival to you.

*If you want to insure your package you need to contact us as that is an additional charge. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.

International orders may have duty and/or tax fees that are due when your order arrives depending on the country. That is your responsibility as the customer to be aware of the duties and taxes for your country. We have no control over who may be charged a duty tax and what that might be. All orders are marked MERCHANDISE on the customs form with proper values of the items in your package. Please make sure your address is correct with in your Etsy account!! We are not responsible for misguided delivery, and shipping CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if parcel does not make it!!!

A buyer's happiness is the most important part of my business. I work very hard to do everything I can to create pleasant and memorable experiences shopping with me. If you have a concern about your order, please return the courtesy I have shown you and write me BEFORE leaving feedback. Any problem can be peacefully resolved and trust me, I appreciate good customer service, too. I'm on your side.

Refunds and returns are available only before an order is shipped or after an order has been returned in the condition it was sent. Either must be requested within seven days of purchasing/receiving an item. Buyer pays for any and all return postage.

Please Note: If you choose to return an item, shipping costs and listing fees will be deducted from your refund total. Shipping costs after an item has been shipped are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds, returns and exchanges are not available on custom orders, sale, clearance or wedding related items.

Please be aware that once a package leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the postal service to get it to your doorstep. I understand that packages can get lost. I ship every order with a tracking number to prevent this.

If for some reason your order never arrives and the tracking information shows it hasn't made it to you, I will wait fourteen days (US orders) or THREE MONTHS for (international orders) before reshipping an order or issuing a refund. Sometimes a package gets held up before reaching its destination. Refunds on INTERNATIONAL shipping after 3months, will only be for the product sold!! REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN ON SHIPPING on ANY orders after this time as i am not responsible for the shipping system after product leaves my hands!!!

If an item arrives damaged, I require photo documentation of the damages before making any decisions. I would be happy to resend an order or issue a refund in this case.

Note: Damage means broken or unusable. Since my supplies are mostly unbreakable items, this only applies to listings that contain damageable materials. I do NOT replace items that are damaged by misuse.

A coupon code that is used in my shop must be used DURING checkout, not after. I do not refund discount values after an order has been placed for any reason. It is the responsibility of the buyer to apply the code to the checkout value before the order is completed.

I am not obligated to give a discount to a buyer who does not follow instructions on how to acquire a coupon code off-site.

All buyer claims and concerns are taken seriously. I do my best to run this business as smoothly as possible but I can make mistakes. Please understand that I am only one person doing it all and will help in any way I can.
