    We are Noemi & Tim! :) We are a husband and wife duo, hoping to combine our talents to spread love to your lovely homes! After a season of trials, we found ourselves encouraged to open up this little shop where we can design and create unique pieces that are a reflection of His love and presence in our lives. We work primarily with wood, creating custom wood signs, boxes, wedding decor and our all time favorite; hand cut 3D signage.     Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Returns and exchange details
    All custom and personalized sales are final. We currently do not offer refunds for personalized and custom signs. However, if a mistake was made with your purchase we would be more than glad to fix our mistake and/or exchange your sign! Please contact us no later than 3 business days upon delivery.

    Cancellations or refunds might be available for non-custom orders. A request must be received within 24 hours after purchase.

    All items ship via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Home Delivery. We are not responsible for damages during delivery, after delivery, or shipping to an incorrectly provided address. If the item was damaged during shipping, please take pictures and send them to me right away so we may begin the claim process. Breakages as a result of client handling is not eligible for a damage claim.

    Please note that in the case of an exchange, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
    Shipping
    We ship once a week, every Friday at 4pm PST from California, USA.

    If your order is estimated to ship on a Mon-Thurs, it will ship the Friday of that given week. Please take this into account when ordering for a special event. If you need by a specific date, we recommend that you contact us first for date approval.

    Ex. Estimated Ship Date 9/14, your order will ship that Friday 9/16

    Our current turnaround time is as follows: 3 weeks before shipping for most signs including personalized laser signs. Customs can take up to 4-6 weeks before shipping.

    We offer three types of shipping services: USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery, though this cannot be guaranteed) for smaller orders. USPS Select Ground and FedEx Home Delivery for large orders (2-9 business day delivery).

    We are not responsible for shipping costs when provided with an incorrect address. Please be sure to double check your mailing address when placing your order. All orders are automatically shipped to the address provided in your order. If item is shipped to an incorrect address, buyer is responsible for re-delivery costs.

    Dear Heart Signs is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, international customs regulations, or any other unforeseen factors. If you have any questions about meeting a specific deadline, please messages us first.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    To our International Buyers: Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about customs clearance - customs laws make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.

    Frequently asked questions
    Where do I enter the name/word I wish to customize?

    After placing your desired listing to your cart, there will be a section titled "Add note to Dear Heart Signs". In this section, please include the name/word you wish for us to customize as well as any customization requests (capitalization, questions, etc).

    What sizes are available? Can you do any size?

    Thankfully, we have various size options to fit your needs! Our laser bed measures 49x35", so size options range from 6" wide up to 46" wide. To see all of our available sizes, please visit our shop profile to see what we have to offer. For any custom requests, please send us a message.

    How can I hang my laser cut sign?

    Our laser cut signs are 1/4” in thickness and due to the nature of our signs, they do not come with any hanging hardware. To hang, we recommend using extra strong 3M command tape and headless nails to hang. If you will be using it with a backdrop, then you can use fish line string, twine, or ribbon!

    When will my order ship? Can you rush my order?

    Current processing time for most items is 2-3 weeks before shipping, but this varies by listing. Some items process much sooner, and other much later. Please see listing details for this info.

    We do however, ship in weekly batches, once a week on Fridays. If your estimated ship date lands on a Monday, then it will ship on the Friday of that given week.

    If you have a specific deadline, please be sure to message me AND also provide the date in the notes section at checkout if it has been approved. We are almost always available to accommodate your deadline requests, but communication is key!

    For rush order requests, please send us a message with your deadline. Additional rush fees may apply depending on your need-by date.

    How tall will the letters be?

    Height will vary based on the following factors: Size, font, and # of letters in the name or word to be customized. Some fonts are taller than others. The longer the name, the shorter the height. For example, the name Christopher in our 24" wide size, font Beth, would be approx 10" tall. But the name Chris in the same size and font, would be approx 17" tall. If you have any specific questions, please send us a message with the name you wish to customize, ideal size, and font desired.

    Can you use the same FONT SIZE if I order a First and Middle name?

    Yes of course! Normally, first and middle names tend to vary in size so we created a first/middle name set listing specifically with this in mind.

    Both names are always kept proportionate to each other and the widths are adjusted to give you what you pay for. Individual name widths will vary depending on # of letters in each name, but the height will always be kept proportionate. Size options reflect total width between both names, side by side. So if you are selecting our 24" per name option, then your total width between both names will be 48" total, but the actual sizes between both names will vary. For example, the name "penelope" would be 29" wide & the name "grace" would be 19" wide for a total of 48" between both names.
