Hello All,

All pieces are made by hand, by me. Most pieces are made to order. Some pieces are of limited stock as materials may be of limited quantity or made with vintage elements. I will specify these in the description.

I am open to CUSTOM ORDERS...just convo me with your special request.

Any items over $100 dollars will receive free shipping!!!


Accepted payment methods

Prompt payment is appreciated.

Payment is due at time of purchase. I will begin production on your item once
payment has been received.
Your item(s) will ship within 3 days of purchase/payment. Please keep in mind
that most items are made to order. If you want a rush order, just contact me and I
will do what I can.

**I ship to the address you list when you are checking out through Etsy, so please
make sure you let me know if you would like me to ship to another address.
Please make sure you're preferred address is up-to-date.

**I ship USPS First Class. If you would like expedited shipping, please let me know
and I will change our invoice. If you need another alternative (UPS,Fedex, etc.),
just contact me and we will discuss.

**Shipping ALWAYS includes delivery confirmation and insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
**Please send emails to dearkinmade [!at] with ANY concerns or questions
PRIOR to leaving feedback here on Etsy so that I can try to correct and issues or

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer
exchange, repair, or replacement on any items within 7 days of shipping. Please
email/convo me to let me know you would like to request an exchange. There is
no refund on shipping/handling charges.

If you purchased your item from one of my retailers, please contact them directly for
return information.

When returning your package, please include the following:
1) Unworn item(s) in its original condition
2) A copy of the original invoice
3) Please let me know the reason for your exchange so that I can make future

NO returns or exchange on custom orders.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you received a damaged item, please let me know within 7 days of receiving the
item for a no-charge repair. Repairs outside of 7 days are subject to availability/
type of materials, and a repair fee. I want you to be happy and love your new hand-
