I have learned from a milliner---I encourage you to work with someone who has been trained. When steps are skipped, small details are missed. I do consider custom work, and will let you know if it is possible for me to create your vision.

I will be shipping your purchase first class with the United States Postal Service unless previous arrangements for a different carrier are made prior to purchase.
The shipment will be include tracking. We will hunt down your package if the postal service loses it. If you want insurance and confirmation, let's convo about that prior to purchase so it can be added in the shipping price.
As for international shipping, I am willing to ship your item. Please convo me and I will give you a shipping price for your country. If you are certain you want the item, I will reserve it for you for 24 hours. If it is not purchased in that time period, I will re-list the item. I am sorry that I am not able to track the package. It is not available with international first class shipping. If you want something other than international first class shipping, please convo me.
With regards to international customs, the buyer is responsible for any fees.

I will sell wholesale to vendors. I have special pricing for purchasing over 10 items. Please convo me for more details, including the name of your shop. I do not sell items on consignment.
