Thank you for visiting my bridal accessories shop on Etsy. May you enjoy viewing my offerings as you search for the perfect items to go with your wedding dress. I make all the pieces featured in my shop.

I have learned from a milliner---I encourage you to work with someone who has been trained. When steps are skipped, small details are missed. I do consider custom work, and will let you know if it is possible for me to create your vision.

Since I just opened, I have been creating some special packaging for your purchase. I hope you enjoy it.

Returns and exchanges
Due to the creating event-specific items, there will be no refunds or exchanges unless the wrong item was shipped. If there is a problem with your purchase when you get it, please convo me and let's talk.
I accept credit cards and paypal. I will mail an item out as soon as possible once the payment is received. For custom orders, the specific listing will provide a time frame, or we can convo.
If the listed item is made, it will usually ship out within 48 hours of purchase {or less}.

I will be shipping your purchase first class with the United States Postal Service unless previous arrangements for a different carrier are made prior to purchase.

The shipment will be include tracking. We will hunt down your package if the postal service loses it. If you want insurance and confirmation, let's convo about that prior to purchase so it can be added in the shipping price.

As for international shipping, I am willing to ship your item. Please convo me and I will give you a shipping price for your country. If you are certain you want the item, I will reserve it for you for 24 hours. If it is not purchased in that time period, I will re-list the item. I am sorry that I am not able to track the package. It is not available with international first class shipping. If you want something other than international first class shipping, please convo me.

With regards to international customs, the buyer is responsible for any fees.

I will sell wholesale to vendors. I have special pricing for purchasing over 10 items. Please convo me for more details, including the name of your shop. I do not sell items on consignment.
