Welcome to Dear Musketeer

Hello I'm Amanda. This little shop started as a side project back in 2011 whilst working full-time in Perth, Western Australia as a graphic designer.
The name comes from the blog I created during my time interstate, a homage to my two wonderful best friends back in my island state of Tasmania. I coined us ‘the three musketeers’ hence the name ‘dear musketeer’.
After a rather long hiatus from this project, I’ve opened my shop again in July 2017.
I have since moved back to my home state of Tasmania since I have been ill the last 5+ years, and still am today, with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
So my shop provides a great distraction from my illness, plus it is my favourite creative outlet.
I hope you enjoy my products as much as I love creating them.

Custom and personalized orders

Please feel free to contact me if you have a custom order request. I can not always guarantee I can deliver on every request, I'm happy to see what it is and do my best.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds for Dear Musketeer products.
Please choose carefully and feel free to ask us any questions prior to making your purchase to avoid disappointment.
Damage to any items due to improper handling or misuse is NOT covered.
Each piece is packaged with the greatest care, however I can not take responsibility for any damage that occurs in transit.

Framing

Frames or mats in product photos are NOT included with print purchases. All of my prints are created in standard sizing so framing is easy.
In Australia, a few great choices for large frames are Big W, Ikea, Spotlight, Officeworks, Adairs and Country Road.
Kmart do have really cheap larger frames as well, but most have perspex (not glass) which produces a warped and unappealing looking reflection.
The large A1 prints will also work with 60x90cm frames, but you would have to get a custom mat board made to suit.

Domestic shipping details (Australia)

All items in my shop are shipped with standard postage including tracking – apart from my perpetual calendars. The calendars are sent as a priority letter which usually arrives within 4 business days.
There is an option available to upgrade post in the checkout if you wish to receive your parcel by express post.

Unfortunately I can not be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels. I take the greatest care to pack my parcels in the safest way possible.

International shipping details
