Welcome to DeathPup Glider Stuff, your number one source for pouches, hammocks, cubes & more. We do our best to provide you the very best cage sets, with a focus on pet safety, customer service, and great prices.

Founded in 2016, DeathPup Glider Stuff come a long way from its beginnings. When I first started out sewing for my own Sugar Gliders, my passion for providing safe, affordable cage sets drove me to work for weeks perfecting my products and sending them out to be tested for safety. Even now we continue to work long days and most nights perfecting my craft and providing the best possible cage sets. All of our sets are made with good quality anti-pill and/or blizzard fleece.

Custom and personalized orders

I can do custom orders, though it will be extra if I need to purchase more fabric. I keep a ton in stock though, so feel free to message me about what I have available. I let you choose the colors after you purchase, so it won't cost any extra for what I have in stock.

Are your cage sets safe for my sugar gliders(or other small pets)?

Absolutely! All cage pieces are double layered with hidden seams and tight stitches. All loose thread is cut, and the closing stitches are small and tight. My items are made with good quality anti-pill or blizzard fleece as well. I have also had my items tested and approved by veteran vendors of sugar glider accessories. I take all steps to ensure my items are safe for your gliders or other small pets.

What colors do you have for cage sets/pieces?

Colors available will be the last picture in each listing, but if the picture happens to not be there, just send me a quick message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible with the colors I currently have.

How should I wash my cage set/cage liner?

Wash cold, and tumble dry low/no heat or hang to dry. Washing and drying too hot can result in shrinkage or fleece being singed.

Don't use any fabric softeners or dryer sheets. The fabric softener will prevent your fleece from properly wicking the moisture away from the surface of the fabric. You can add a cup of vinegar to the washer for softness.

Do you offer a rush shipping option if I need it right away?

I am not accepting rush orders at this time.

How do I keep my pets nails from getting caught in fleece?

This is likely happening because your pets nails are too long or sharp. Clipping or filing nails regularly and properly is very important and will help prevent this.

When will my order ship? Will I get frequent updates on the progress?

Processing time is 6-8 weeks, and you can find your scheduled ship date by checking your order under your 'purchases and reviews' here on Etsy.

I normally don’t update throughout production as I am working very hard to get orders out in a timely manner. I'll be sure to notify you of any issues or questions I have about your order. Once it's shipped, you'll receive an email notification with the tracking number.

My item was damaged in the mail.

If your item was lost or damaged in the mail, I can file a claim with USPS and offer to either refund or replace the item. If damaged, I will require pictures of the item and original packaging to file a claim. If the box and/or item is thrown away before I am able to file a claim, or buyer is unable send the pictures needed, the refund or replacement may be denied.

Item is marked delivered, but it's not here.

If your item was marked delivered, but you did not receive it, there are a few steps to take. First, verify that the address on the order is correct. Next, I'd suggest checking with neighbors,and any type of central office (HOA, Apartment Admin Office, Building Mailroom, etc). The package likely would not fit inside most normal mailboxes. After checking with there I'd suggest visiting or calling your local post office with your tracking information. Sometimes even when marked as delivered, packages can be kept at your local post office. If the post office confirms the item was delivered, ask for information regarding the location.
