I created this shop in 2017 after the publication of Death Witchcraft: Volume 1. Since death witchcraft is a new term, there are few resources about it--so I decided to make one.

But in reality, the story began far before that.

I've been writing narratives for all my life. I even wrote a full-length fantasy novel at age thirteen. Because of that, I went to college for writing with the intention of creating fantasy.

My path changed when I took a creative nonfiction class. I wrote about my witchcraft teacher, a friend who began teaching me at age 12. Being raised in a Catholic family, I didn't talk about my witchcraft much for the ten years I practiced. However, my professor told me that I had a duty to write about it, since not many people know about this underground world.

Soon after, I got into death witchcraft and began posting about it on Tumblr under the alias death-witch-envy. I later moved to my website, www.deathwitchenvy.com, which is still active today.

I have written about death witchcraft and Paganism with the hopes of aiding other people. I believe that a Pagan and witchcraft journey can improve many peoples' lives, and if these zines are the stepping stones to get there...even better.

I want to thank everyone who encouraged me on Tumblr. Although I am no longer active on there, I would not have made it this far without that community.
