Not only is this towel BEAUTIFUL, but it works great too! I have washed & used this towel...it held up PERFECTLY to washing/drying (gentle/low), and it absorbs wonderfully!! So many towels these days just move the water around. Not this one! Well worth the money spent on a quality item, for yourself or a gift. Thank you, Debbie!

Frequently asked questions

How are the handwoven items created?

I weave all of my handwoven items by hand in my studio. All finishing is done by hand, including fringes and hems. Every item is carefully washed, dried, and pressed before shipping.

How is the handspun yarn created?

I spin every skein of handspun yarn on spinning wheels or handspindles in my studio. Each skein is carefully plied (except for singles yarns) and then washed to set the twist. The yarns are re-skeined after drying to get an accurate yardage count.

Is it possible to have my yarn wound into a center pull ball?

Yes, I will be happy to wind your yarn into a center pull ball free of charge, just ask. (Large oversized skeins will be wound into two balls.)

Are there provisions for customers with sensitivities/allergies?

My studio is non-smoking, and perfume-free. I do not use anything scented in the creation or packaging of your handspun or handwoven item. I am sensitive to scents myself, so everything that I use to wash or package your items is unscented.

I DO have cats in residence, though they do not play in the fiber or yarn - if you have cat allergies, be sure to take the necessary precautions before handling items.
