I am a stay at home mom with a 4 yr old. I like to keep myself busy by taking care of my daughter, knitting products for my store and keeping my fiance happy lol.

Returns and exchanges
I do refunds and exchanges as long as the item isn't damaged by the buyer! Once the item comes back to me and I see that it isn't damaged, I will then refund the money. If you'd like to exchange, I will wait until I receive the item before I send out the exchange. Sorry, I have to look out for my business as well as satisfy your needs.

I do not do returns on baskets or anything that a baby hangs in.
Payment
I need payment within 3 days if paying via paypal. If you're paying via money order, it needs to get to me within 8 days. Also, please let me know if you're paying via money order.
Shipping
Shipping times will vary. I visit the lovely people at our local post office about 2-3 times a week. Right now, custom orders are taking about 1-2 weeks for completion!!! If you need something rushed, there is a $5 fee per item!

International Shipping - I've asked the post office many times if there's a way to track international shipping. They keep telling me no. So, all international sales are final. I cannot track to make sure you get it, so I cannot take your word for it. I've had too many people take advantage of this! I'm sorry for any inconvenience!!! I'm an honest seller, take a look at my perfect feedback rating : )

If there are any problems, I expect the customer to come to me in an email. I love to make my customers happy!! If you don't come to me with a problem and leave feedback less than positive, you'll be getting negative feedback from me. I try to make everyone happy with my product, prices and communication!
