The cutoff date for orders for Halloween was OCTOBER 19th. If you ordered after this date, there is a good possibility that your order will not arrive by Halloween as in addition to the shipping time, there is also the processing time that orders take before they are shipped.

Cutoff date on orders for delivery before Halloween (October 30th) is October 19th. This allows for the processing time and shipping.

During the Halloween mask season )September 15th to October 30, processing time for order is 3 to 9 business days. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us and let us know that date and we will let you know if it is doable. As we cannot guarantee a delivery time for the POST OFFICE, please allow at least 5 to 7 days for standard shipping (free shipping). If you want it faster, there is the option for priority mail and express priority mail for an additional cost.

We have now added a listing for RUSH ORDERS for those of you who need your order in a hurry.
Normally the orders are processed in the order they are received, but with the Rush Order listing your order will be moved to the top. The price for the rush order listing is in addition to the cost of the mask or masks.

If you were sent the wrong size or wrong mask, I will gladly replace it for you but you do not need to return the one sent to you as I cannot resell it. If you ordered the wrong one or ordered the same one twice, I cannot replace the one you ordered with another one. You will have to place another order for the one you want.

Due to the situation with COVID-19, the mail delivery is slower than normal and priority mail is taking as long to be delivered as standard shipping and it cost over twice as much. Priority mail express, even though it has a guaranteed delivery date or money back, it is not making it to its' destinations on time in many cases and I prefer not to cause you stress when it does not get there on time. Once things are back to "normal", we will resume both priority and priority express shipping.

Our shop will remain open during the Coronavirus epidemic for those of you wanting masks, keyfobs, coasters, etc. I know that sales will be very slow during this time, as we are all having to watch what we spend so I will not be renewing a lot of my listings as they expire. The items will still be available but just not listed in the shop as Etsy charges a fee for each listing and this can add up to quite a bit. PLEASE contact us if there is something that you are interested in or want to order and we will let you know if we have it available and the turnaround time for getting shipped. We have many more items available than the 500+ that are currently listed in our shop and we are always happy to accommodate your request.

**We are no longer accepting address changes by convo. Please make sure you have the correct address to ship the order during checkout.**

This change is being made for your protection as well as ours. We had several issues in 2018 which resulted in the buyer not getting their order until after Halloween or the item being returned to us by the Post Office (which can take a couple of weeks at times). Our policy is now that if the address on the order is incorrect, that order will be canceled and you will need to place a new order with the correct address. So please check your mailing address before hitting that SUBMIT ORDER button.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We accept returns on all items except masks (play masks or face masks) and custom orders if notified within 7 days of receipt of the item.

**The masks are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.**

NO returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase.

Item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. Refund will be issued once the item is received by seller. Refund will be issued for the item price not including shipping cost. On items with free shipping, there is a $2.00 charge for returning the item.
Payment
Sales tax (6%) applies to Kentucky residents.

You may pay through PayPal or credit card (through paypal, Etsy’s direct pay, or Etsy gift cards).

Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in our account. In some cases it may take a few days for PayPal payments to clear your account. We will ship the items once it has cleared.
Shipping
We ONLY ship to addresses provided by Etsy &/or PayPal.

Most items are shipped via USPS First Class. Items will usually be shipped within 3 business days, except during the Halloween season when processing time is usually 5 to 7 business days. Please allow 7 to 12 business days for processing and delivery of your order.

You may select a shipping upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout for an additional fee. Please allow 3-7 business days for the processing and delivery of your order. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING UPGRADE DOES NOT AFFECT THE PROCESSING TIME FOR YOUR ORDER.

Etsy shipping includes tracking but does not include insurance. If you want insurance on your package insured by the USPS, you will need to purchase insurance for an additional fee. For insurance pricing and any other methods of shipping, please convo me and I will create a custom listing to reflect the correct shipping charges. Insurance pricing on packages starts at an additional $2.20 and up based on the value of the package.

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Seldom, but occasionally, shipments are lost in the mail. It is the buyer's responsibility to report their lost package to the USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Once your package leaves our hands we have no control over its delivery.

If by chance the package is returned to us, we can either resend it or refund your money (cost of the item not including the shipping cost) providing the items are not damaged in any way.

Since each item is handmade the fabric design placement on each item will vary slightly.

We accept custom orders. If you want a different style, size or color, please convo me and I will let you know the availability of that particular print. Custom orders usually take a week to complete. Work will not begin until the order has been placed and payment is received. Custom orders are final (no refunds or exchanges).
