Hi!

My name is Deborah Dee and I am a self-taught artist...unless you count the few months when I signed up for art correspondence courses when I was 10. I haven't been able to stop my artsy-craftsy tendencies so I caved in and haven't looked back. I am the daughter of a printer so ink & paint & imagery are just part of the dna.

Outside of my family, I get inspired by random stuff. Here's what I like.....lots of color, coffee, paper, cupcakes, cubbies, magazines, paint, creativity, clever gifts, 60s & 70s clip art, vintagey junk, adventures, blog-surfing, and anything that inspires the human spirit. That's me in a nutshell.

If you want to know more about me and my art, come hang out with me at www.deborahdee.blogspot.com

I accept all major credit cards and e-check payments via PayPal.
Shipping
Your original art will arrive wrapped and ready to display, and your prints will be shipped inside a protective cellophane sleeve and bend proof mailer.

Paintings ship in boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Small items like jewelry, boxes, and accessories are shipped in sturdy mailers via First Class Mail.

Now... for some legalese that's important to have around to avoid misunderstandings and upset customers... nothing bad, but important to know. ;)

Your items are packaged carefully and shipped promptly, usually in less than 5 working days of received payment. Please keep in mind that even thought I do my best to ship promptly and pack items carefully, the items become the responsibility of the postal office once I drop them in the box, so transit times and damage after the item is left in the post office are no longer under my control.

Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for damages or loss of your packages during transit unless you purchased insurance for your packages. If you would like to insure your packages you can always send me a private conversation to upgrade your shipping method, and you will be provided with insurance on your package and a tracking number to follow your mailing.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you're not 100% satisfied, neither am I. Matter of fact, if you're unhappy with your purchase, I'll be totally bummed out! Please get in touch with me as soon as possible and I will do everything within my power to fix whatever is wrong. I can't perform miracles (if so, I'd be the thinnest dessert-eater EVER), but I will do everything humanly possible to make sure that you are one happy kiddo!
Additional policies and FAQs
All text and images © Deborah Shannon. Copyright is not transferrable with sale. Once purchased, you own the piece of artwork itself but the artist (me!) retains all rights, including reproduction rights.

Don't see a print you'd like to purchase, or you missed a sale?

Don't worry, prints can always be relisted, but if you are considering an original, I have a policy on originals that you should keep in mind. Although I usually do not revisit my works, I'm always open for commissioned pieces, and I will consider making a similar piece if you liked something you saw that was sold previously. Remember, I like a good adventure, so I prefer to start fresh on each original to keep the collecting value and the originality of my work.
Bottom line: don't wait too long and let someone take it from you!
