Welcome to My Second Etsy Jewelry Designs Shop! I love to create in 925 Sterling Silver and 14 Karat Gold with Semi Precious Gemstones.

Payment
I accept PayPal and Money Orders(must be cashable in Canada PLEASE check this out when you are purchasing a Money Order).
Prompt payment is always appreciated. Payment should be arranged by contacting me if you would like to pay for your purchase with a Money Order.
Payments not received by 5 days past the order date(not Money Order payment) will be contacted by me through a convo/email. If there is no contact reply the transaction will be terminated after 7 days.
If you wish to cancel the order please contact me as soon as possible to make the arrangements.
I don't charge any taxes on any purchases.
Shipping
I use Canada Post for all shipping. Canada Post Oversize Lettermail for domestic(within Canada). Canada Post USA Small Packet(within the US)and Canada Post International Small Packet(for the rest of the world). I don't offer upgrades or insurance due to Canada Post's higher rates for services that offer insurance or upgrades. I have been shipping with Canada Post for well over 6 years for business and have never lost a package yet.
I send a message to the purchaser once a package has been shipped.
The purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country's Customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want my customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days to arrange a return and full refund.
If for some reason you don't receive your purchase please contact me and I will send another item or refund your purchase. Please allow enough time for the package to arrive. Keep in mind that your package must clear your country's Customs and that can vary the amount of time it takes your package to arrive in your mail box.
