What is your cancellation / exchange policy?
All sales are final once the order is shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Processing time is stated in every listing and does not include transit times. Typical transit time is 1-2 weeks. Buyers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address.
How is my order shipped?
Orders under $10 are sent in stamped envelope with no tracking. Orders $10 or over are sent via USPS USPS First Class package rate.
Where do you ship to?
We only ship within United States vs USPS.
How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is 99 cents flat rate per order, or free for orders over $35.
What if I don't receive my order?
First Class mail typically takes 1-2 weeks but mail can be slow these days especially around holiday season. If you do not receive your order in 3.5 weeks, please contact us and we are happy to resend your order. Thank you for patience.
