The story behind "Declan & Smith"
Hi Friends!
I'm Laura, designer and creator of Declan & Smith. Two years ago, I was struggling being a working mom. Before I had Declan, I absolutely loved my job as a teacher. Then I had Declan and my entire world became centered around him. It took months of planning and crunching numbers but I knew that my love for creating items would allow me to stay home with Declan. Two years later, this side hustle has turned into my full time business that has been the best decision that I've made in a long time. It is truly rewarding and I couldn't imagine doing anything else.
I create all things party decor! Banners, centerpieces, food tents, photo banners, rag garlands, circle garlands. I absolutely love having a thoroughly decorated party.
I am somewhat of a type A personality so I love for all things to coordinate and match. Different shades of the same color and different papers drive me crazy! My goal with my shop is to offer everything that you could possibly need for you party; in the same colors and same cardstock, make sure everything is of very high quality and then save you on shipping!
