Love the little things...

deconoHut is a small firm established in Istanbul, Turkey. I am a part-time shop owners who have started a shop as something to do in my spare time, outside of a full time job.

Sewing, crocheting and creating have been a huge part of my life.

I'm an environmental engineer who loves, art, handmade and good food. I love simplicity and comfort, which are the main features of my collection.
It's satisfying to make something out of nothing, just with some fabric and some yarn, creating something with your hands.
People all over the world buy something in my Etsy shop and it is a great feeling and exciting to make someone happy somewhere else in the world.

I'm still having fun coming up with new designs and am developing my own style and brand here on Etsy

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I am not responsible for the losses,damages and any duties, taxes, fees or delays that may be assessed by your Government, also with the registered air mail there won't be such a problem!
For refunds, buyer must send me the item within 3 days of receiving it in any condition following a mutual agreement.

Refund will be issued only when items are received. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded and buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending back the unwanted items.

If an item is returned and determined to not be in resalable (used, soiled, washed, ripped or torn) condition a refund will NOT be issued and the item will be returned at the customers expense.

CUSTOM ORDERS
For custom orders all sales are final and unfortunately I will not be accepting refunds or exchanges.

June 6, 2016 from PayPal payment system which no longer exists in Turkey. I am unable to accept payments thru PayPal temporarily as of June 6th due to licence problem in Turkey.

Following your order placement, you will receive an email from Shopier. Via this email, you will be able to pay securely either with debit/credit card.

Shipping
International Orders will ship via PTT shipping. If you want to keep track of cargo, I will send cargo tracking number and a link to the Internet. I ship your items within 3 business days of completed payment.
I will not be held responsible for any customs fees for packages sent to international locations or for packages sent to wrong locations if the address provided is incorrect.

Please keep in mind that some countries take (Europe 1 - 2 weeks, USA and Canada 2 - 4 weeks and the some other countries 2 - 5 weeks) days to arrive, please convo me if you needed sooner
