I dearly hope that your purchase will make you as happy to wear as it made me to create. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, please let me know. I will work hard to make it right, through refurbishment, replacement, or refund.

Please send me a message as to why the piece did not work out for you within 3 days of its receipt. Then, simply return the item to me no later than 3 days after your refund request (buyer pays return shipping). Once I receive the item, a refund, refubished item, or replacement will be enacted.

Unfortunately, unless the buyer purchased shipping insurance, I cannot issue refunds for any items lost in the mail.

I gladly accept your check, money order, and Paypal.

As I'm sure you're as excited to get your new ornament as I am to send it to you, Paypal will be the quickest way to get the ball rolling on your order. If you send a personal check, I will wait for the bank to clear it before I send. Nothing personal, of course- I just like to have my bases covered!

I will be forced to cancel any purchase which has not had a clear payment (or communication concerning the payment) 5 days after the purchase.

I use USPS First Class Parcel Post as a standard shipping service. At your request, I can also send via UPS or FedEx, at prices which will be arranged privately after checking with these carriers. At your request, I will also be happy to ship expedited or overnight, and the prices again will be arranged privately.

I will ship within 3-5 business days of payment for most orders, since I hand-make almost every piece from scratch. If you order more than 1 item this time may take a day or two longer. If you message me with a rush request, I will do my best to rush your order's prep time if possible, but that is done on a case by case basis.

For your protection and mine, I will always use delivery confirmation on all packages I send, the cost of which will be included in the shipping cost initially quoted. The tracking number will be sent to the buyer along with the shipping confirmation message. Insurance can also be purchased for an additional cost, but is entirely optional.

Oh, and I almost always re-use sturdy pre-used shipping boxes and packing materials- it's better than adding more waste to a landfill, and allows me to keep my shipping costs down! I encourage you to re-use the box you receive your hair accessory in as well! :)
