If you provide me with an incorrect address, please contact me right away. If I haven't prepared your package yet, I may still be able to change it, depending on how far along I am with the process of your order.

If I already shipped it out, I am unable to do anything about it. If your package does not get to you, I will not offer a refund or re-ship it to you.

The base shipping cost is based on where you are located. Each item also has an additional shipping + handling cost attached to it. As you add items from my shop to your cart it will automatically calculate the shipping for you. If the item costs + shipping/handling is at a price that is not right for you, please refrain from purchasing.

Yes! Just send me a message on Etsy with the names of items you'd like as well as the quantity you'd like. Also let me know the country that you are located in so I can calculate the shipping for you. I'll have to make sure I have the amount you want in stock. After I confirm the price of the listings and shipping with you, I'll make a custom order for you.

My products have many different applications and uses. I am mostly a resin artist myself, so beyond that I may be unable to give you sufficient answers. Luckily, the internet is full of information, so I am sure there is detailed instructions to whatever project you are working on.

I can't guarantee any shipping times because I have no control over the postal services and/or customs and other parties that are involved in getting the package from me to you. If you need it by a specific date, please send me a message first and we can discuss options to see if there is a viable solution. If you want your package a bit sooner, choose the shipping option with tracking, as it usually is a few days faster than without tracked shipping. However, this is also not a guarantee.

I will not offer personal discounts to individual buyers unless they are buying in bulk (large quantity of a singular item). If there is a sale, it'll either be site-wide or a public coupon code will be offered on my instagram. If the item costs + shipping/handling is at a price that is not right for you, please refrain from purchasing.

All packages will be shipped using Canada Post.

I usually ship packages within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian Holidays).

Canada Post packages DO NOT have a tracking number for the cheapest shipping option. You can upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout. Contact me if your country isn't on the list.

Here are package arrival ESTIMATES:
Western Canada: 1 ~ 2 weeks
Eastern Canada / Remote Regions in Canada: 2 ~ 4 weeks
USA: 8-24 business days
International: 10-30 business days

Packages marked as "shipped" means they will be dropped off at a post box within 24 hours and/or next business day.
