HOLDS / RESERVES
If you want to reserved an item for you, we can do that. But keep in mind that the hold of an item is for 72 hrs only! And it requires a 25% non refundable deposit. Which means that if you change your mind or you don't complete the purchase in full within 72 hours, we will then relist the item and you will lose your deposit. So only use this option if you are sure to follow through with the transaction. *Note that if you choose to purchase another item in the shop your deposit will count as a credit.
Shipping
Furniture:
For larger pieces such as Desk and Dressers, we use Plycon to ship our items. They are a white glove professional furniture moving service that strictly works with antique/vintage furniture. Your item/s will be prepped and packaged professionally and safely through them and they will deliver right to your door. They will even bring inside your home...upstairs if needed too!

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PLYCON!!

Pick up is also available!!

For smaller pieces such as nightstands we can use a economical shipping called greyhound express. However there are different options with both these ways of shipping. Contact us for shipping info and a quote before you make your purchase.

No shipping quote necessary if you are a local buyer.

If you are within 30 miles of us, we will gladly deliver the item for $75. If you have more than one item, we can deliver for an additional $25. If you are over 30 miles away, there will be an additional mileage charge of $0.45 per mile if you would like it hand delivered. This is a drop off service from a guy with a truck, not a professional moving service. We will drop the item off at the front door or right inside the front door. NO STAIRS please. Please arrange your own help if you have stairs or need your piece to go in another room besides the front room.

If you choose to pick up the item yourself, that is always FREE!!!

We usually ship accessories through USPS
Insurance can be added if requested.

-IMPORTANT NOTE:
We are not responsible for any shipping damage. It is the buyers sole responsibility to examine the item upon pick up at the greyhound station or when the item is delivered to determine if shipping damage occurred. It is the buyers responsibility to immediately report the damaage in order to file a claim. Once an item has been accepted and signed for as being free and clear you can not file a claim And neither White Lotus Market or the Shipping Company are liable.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please look at all the pictures well and ask ask ask questions before you buy, we are here to help. We disclose everything about the item on the listing. But once you buy its yours. We do not accept returns as this would be costly to both you and us.

All of our furniture pieces, and some of our accessories are vintage.
As with most vintage pieces there most likely will be some history marks on them. Even those that have been repainted are likely to have some. Its part of their charm that makes us love them so much.

Additional policies and FAQs
You are viewing vintage, antique or preowned pieces, many of which have been upcycled, painted, etc. There may be character nicks or chips due to normal usage or intentional faux distressing. Always feel free to convo with questions or ask for additional pics before purchasing the item as all sales are final.

A 50% non refundable deposit is due on commissioned pieces, the remainder is due within 3 days of completion. A separate custom policy will be sent for your review on all custom pieces.
