The seller was wonderful and the pillows are beautiful. What I didn't realize is that the felt can run onto the white part of the pillow.

The pillow is quite lovely, it is close to what I expected from the pictures. I love the pillow and what it will add to my decor, but it took 7 weeks to arrive and 8 for me to receive it. The shop didn't check in until I asked. As nice as the pillow is, I'm not inclined to purchase from the store again because of the lack of communication.

Do not order from this person! I ordered one small pillow over 2 months ago and just received it. I tried countless times to contact her requesting a refund (or a response), once I escalated the problem to Etsy she then shipped the pillow. I’m beyond disappointed with her lack of communication or timeliness and will never order again. Save yourself the frustration, it’s not worth it!

This is the worst experience with an Etsy seller I've ever had. After promising to try to "rush" the order, it came 2 months later! When I tried to cancel my order after a month had passed, the seller ignored my email. I finally received the item and while it resembles the pillow I spent my money on, the colors are very dull and muted rather than bright. And it is tiny compared to a normal sized pillow. When I emailed the seller with my complaint, she once again ignored my email. Poor poor service and ugly product!!!!!!
