Hypoallergenic, allergy free, stainless steel jewellery.

All stainless steel used by Deelights-jewellery is grade 316L.
This is the purest stainless steel and contains extremely low amounts of nickel which is so tightly bound into the steel that it will never touch the skin.
Shiny silver in colour and it will not tarnish or rust like silver plated wire or leave nasty rashes and marks on your skin, which makes it great for those who have metal allergies but would like the silver look without having to pay the sterling silver price.
Surgical grade Stainless steel is allergy free, making it an ideal choice for people who have metal allergies.

Returns and exchanges

If you need to return your item please email orders [!at]
Please state the reason for return, order reference number or item title along with your contact name, telephone number and address.
Items must be in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
It is strongly recommended that you return by a trackable delivery service,
i.e. Royal mail recorded delivery as Deelights-jewellery will not be responsible for items that go missing on return.

Once your item has been returned you will receive a full refund of the purchase cost and original postage.
If you are returning a faulty or damaged item you will also be refunded your return postage costs.

You are entitled to cancel any order.
If you wish to cancel, you must send your item(s) back to me within 14 days of receipt.
A refund will be issued when the item has been returned in its original condition with its original packaging.
Return postage will not be refunded for cancellations.
Please pay by Paypal within 7 days of purchase.
All items will normally be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
If for any reason your order is delayed in being dispatched you will be notified by email.

You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.

Additional policies and FAQs

I am more than happy to take commissions, just contact me and include your email address, style you would like, type of beads to be used, colour, and length.
I will email you as soon as possible (usually within 24hrs) with a price and timescale.
If you agree to go ahead then I will email you with photos throughout the design process for you to approve or change as you like.

Once a design has been agreed on it can take 2-6 weeks for you to recieve your piece.
This time will depend on size of order, availability of beads and any changes that are made along the way.
If you need it sooner I will do my best to meet your timescale.

A 50% non refundable deposit will be required before any work will begin. On completion you will recieve a second invoice for the remaining amount, please pay this within 7 days.
