5 out of 5 starsThis is the second time I have worked with Heather. I knew I needed invitations for a bridal shower, and without shopping around came right to her to see if she could create a custom design for me. Heather's response time and customer service are hard to beat!!! I am very happy with the results, and would definitely work with Heather again in the future! :)

About deepbluesea
Reviving the Art of Correspondence
Deep Blue Sea was birthed out of my love for letters. I have a sweet, chirpy friend from college. For 15 years, we've lived on opposite coasts and written letters every week. Everyday little tidbits are speckled in between the real, beautiful, gritty bits of life. All on paper. Relationships have weaved in and out, moves have occurred, babies have been born, life callings have been discovered- all sprawled on paper in the comforting, familiar penmanship of the other. Through letters. This love of written correspondence, this sweet appreciation for a lovely, lost art is the force behind my business.
I have a need to make things with my hands. Stationery was such a natural fit. Invitations, party goods, cute little paper things came next. I love the idea that my artwork is being delivered around the country. People are opening pretty pieces of mail with the same delight that I had in their creation. People are sharing in the joy of correspondence. This makes me immeasurably happy.
We all have muses and the sea is mine. A deep, cleansing, powerful force that brings me to the place where good things come from.... Deep Blue Sea.
