All items come from a smoke free home.
My jewelry is always sent gift wrapped.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

I try hard to provide an accurate description and clear pictures of all the items listed. It is important to me that you are happy with the jewelry you buy so if you are not satisfied with an item, please contact me before leaving feedback and we will find a resolution. I provide full refunds for items that are returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Payment

I gladly accept Paypal. Buyers in the euro-zone can pay by money transfer. I will provide my BIC and IBAN code upon request. Payment is due within 3 days of sale unless otherwise agreed upfront. After that, the sale will be cancelled and the item(s) relisted.

Shipping

I ship worldwide (standard air mail). Items will be mailed within 3-4 business days from the time of payment. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages and all shipping fees are non refundable. Shipping does not include insurance. If your Etsy address and your Paypal address are different, please indicate which one you would like your order to be shipped to.
