Hello! I'm located in central Canada. I specialize in magnetic bookmarks,
feminine hygiene products, and quilted articles. All of my pagan products are made with the appropriate intent.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

I do not offer exchanges at this time, although I am aware that we sometimes need to bend rules in life, so if you convo me to discuss it, I may be open to changing my mind. :-) For a refund, please arrange for this within 10 days of purchasing your item. Only the cost of the item will be refunded (no shipping costs, etc.)

Unfortunately, items are sometimes lost in our postal systems. (I once received a package ONE YEAR after purchase!) Please do not hesitate to contact me if your item has not arrived within 3 to 4 weeks since its purchase. If possible, I will reship the item, or refund your payment.

Due to the purpose of the feminine hygiene pads, I cannot offer any exchanges. Refunds will be offered on a case by case basis. Thank you for your understanding.

All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment

I accept payment by INTERNATIONAL money order and PayPal. I will ship items once payment has been received, and always mark the purchase as shipped when I have done so.

Shipping

I ship via Canada Post and rates will vary according to item purchased. This is negotiable if you also live in Winnipeg - we can discuss pick-up or delivery.

I generally ship items out the day after payment is received. Also, I try to be conscientious and mark your purchase as shipped once it is in the hands of Canada Post. Bookmark purchases are generally received by the purchaser within one week; other items tend to take up to two to three weeks.

I am open to custom work and special orders, in so far as it applies to colour (for example) and not to the design of the item itself.
