3 out of 5 starsThe necklace itself is gorgeous and I am happy I bought it, but there were issues with the shipping. There was a long delay and no communication from the seller. Eventually they responded, shipped the necklace quickly, and even included a couple of gifts to make up for the delay (the gifts are lovely too, very nice quality). Other than the shipping and communication delays, it was a good transaction.

I do not offer refunds on items shipped by regular mail. This is why I recommend choosing the priority - in which case I have a tracking number and a proof of shipping to work with the post office in either finding the item or getting a refund from them.
For US orders, I especially recommend Global Express, since it's the only option with working tracking number for mail from Poland. At this moment, there isn't any agreements between Polish and American postal service and other shipping options may not be reliable.

Usually, regular mail makes it there just fine, but if you want to be safe, please, upgrade the shipping.
Shipping time for in-stock items is 1 to 6 days. If I'm really busy, I will ship on the soonest Saturday at worst.
Shipping time of preordered items may take up to two weeks. I'll be in contact with the buyer.
