Greg adn Rodrick turned out to be so perfect for my son's wimpy kid birthday party. They were used as decoration, then as hide and seek activity, and now they are "action figures" and my kids re-enact various scenes from the movies and books! Love them!!!!

Thank you so much for the beautiful crochet hooks and hand made cases. I gave one to my daughter and kept the other for myself. We gather as a family once a month to work on our various handcrafts and we are crocheting lots of baby items for our newest arrival. Payment must be made in full before I will ship an item.
For items being shipped within the US.
I ship packages under 13 oz. with USPS first class post which takes 1-3 business days, large items will be shipped priority which takes 1-2 business days.

I always ship with delivery confirmation, inside the USA, will give you the number so you can track your package.

For international packages.
Parcels under 4 lb. are shipped first class mail. It is not possible to track packages outside the USA. I can not give you a shipping time for items shipping outside the USA. I will give you the customs declaration number with which you can locate your package on the USPS web site. But once they leave the USA they not trackable. I am not responsible for lost items.

I will ship completed items within 2 business days of receiving full payment.

I am not responsible for items lost in shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will refund the full purchase price of an item once it is returned to me in the same condition it was in when I shipped it to you.

You must let me know within 1 week of receiving the item that you wish to return it.

I will not refund shipping costs.
