5 out of 5 starsI contacted the seller on 1/10 to request a custom mug - by 1/11, the seller and I had worked out the details of my order, and by 1/13 (Friday) she had set up a personal listing for me and I made my purchase. The next Tuesday (1/17), as advertised, my custom mug was on its way from the Netherlands! I received my mug on 1/26, and it's wonderful! From the packaging to the calligraphy, DEEZdutch truly delivers a one of a kind piece of art. Thank you so much!

We currently have one shipping day every week which is Tuesday. We will then ship all open orders up to the day before. This means you have until Monday ends to be added in the shipping the day after.

We ship worldwide for extremely low rates! We have a great deal through DHL Global mail Packet (Deutsche Post) which will hopefully help us on our journey to reach a worldwide audience. All shipments are sent ‘priority’ but by default they don’t include track and trace. You can easily add this during checkout by selecting shipping options. As soon as we have your track and trace number we will share it with you!
Shipping Time

Expected shipping time after mailing your order will be 2-3 weeks. The DHL delivery aims are less (but not binding).
We can not guarantee your order will arrive in time for a specific event. If you need to have it by a certain date, please contact us prior to purchasing to see what is possible.

Europe: 4-10 working days
Rest of the world: 6-12 working days
Need it even faster? We can look at any shipping options you prefer and work something out with you.
Keep in mind that your country might require duties and fees and may hold your package in customs for that reason. This time is different for each country. Always check duty and tax or fees requirements before importing something. Sometimes they will contact you for additional info. We always provide all information on a standardised customs label to make this process as fast as we can. All the rest is out of our hands.
Packaging

We will snug your mug or tote tightly in a box and wrap it up all fancy and stuff. It’s completely ready to be gifted (watch the previews)! Now you just have to decide if it’s a gift to you or if it’s for someone else. That gift will be squeezed carefully in another box with more padding. This way we hope it stays warm during the long trip and arrives at your place safely. All packaging material we buy is recycled. Everything else we use is recycled by us or recyclable.
The Tax-Man

As the customer you are responsible for any duty, customs and import fees. A lot of countries have a threshold for imported goods which our mugs fall way below, but please make sure you know about your local regulations.

All designs are hand-drawn and then turned into a digital format. There will be collections based on popular non copyrighted sayings. We don’t use standard fonts but handdraw every single piece. This will mean that the creative expressions of the sayings are unique, never used in this manner before and should not be found anywhere else. This directly means it is not to be used for anyone’s commercial designs without our prior permission. We try to keep providing everyone with original content this way.

You can always ask us if your customisation idea is possible and what it would cost. We love to help you work out your ideas!
Liability

We can not be held responsible for any damage, inconvenience or injury related to the use of your purchased product. It is just like any other mug and can break as well. Be careful with hot contents etc. Use common sense and we will all be fine ;)
