Welcome to the Deezyne shop policies page! I am only satisfied unless you are and will do what it takes to make sure your transaction runs smoothly.

At any time, do not hesitate to contact me. I check all messages daily and promise to get back to you promptly.

I can 100% guarantee that all products are made in a smoke-free environment. Despite having pets as models for some of my items, the actual banana that you will receive will be made in a pet-free environment as well. (bandanas on models are samples)

Returns and exchanges
If you have any problem with your item purchased in my Etsy store, feel free to contact me and we can resolve any issues which may arise.

If you do wish to make a return, they must be done so within 7 days of receiving the package and I will refund the cost to you (minus the shipping).

To note, I take feedback seriously, so if there is an issue with your item, please contact me first and hopefully we can resolve it through e-mail as opposed to giving negative feedback.
Payment is required within 3 days of making the purchase. If a buyer wishes to cancel an order, they must do so within 24 hours.

I accept Paypal (where you can pay through debit/credit). Please note that an item will not be shipped until payment is received and dealt with.
All Deezyne designs are carefully packaged in accommodating bubble wrap envelopes (size depends on size of the item).

Packages are shipped within 24 hours of received payment. Please add on an extra day for custom orders.

Items are shipped with Canada Post

Canada Post's estimated delivery times:
Within Canada: 2 –6 business days
Within the USA: 5-14 business days
International (Overseas): 5-16 business days

Once the package leaves my hands I have no control over it. Buyer assumes any fees associated with customs/duties.

Please make sure that your shipping address on PayPal is the same as the one provided on your Etsy account.

Since quality customer service comes first, please let me know when you do receive your package in the mail, so I can monitor shipping times.
