Address Changes
Buyer is responsible for package if the incorrect address is submitted.
Need by Date
No need by date is guaranteed although we will do everything we can to ensure your item arrived in time.
Tracking
Once the package has been scanned by the carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Foxblossom.
Wire Colors
Each roll of wire can be slightly different so wire colors will not be a 100% match each time. This includes matching to photos and color charts. Those are a guide and the color will be as close to the color charts as possible.
Production Time
Production time is different from shipping time. Each item is handmade and will take 5-7 days to create. Shipping time is an additional 2-5 days.
