Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

I hope that once you received your order, you will be satisfied and happy with your purchase. However, I know that sometimes that's not the case, especially with online purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please convo me ASAP, within 7 days. You may return the item for a full refund or an exchange in it's original package (product cannot be damaged). However you must provide shipping.

Payment

I prefer Paypal out of all methods of payment because it is safe, fast, and convenient for both parties.

FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
A payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. Once payment has been confirmed, the order will be started. Orders may take up to one week (7 days) before shipment.

Shipping

Ready made items within 3 days of your purchase date.

For custom made items, please allow up to 1 week (7days)for the making of your item prior to shipping.

Should your etsy address & paypal address not match, I will ship to your etsy address, unless you specify in the "notes to seller" section of the checkout.

To keep shipping costs down, items are shipped through Regular Air Mail.
