Payment
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS-- We ask that you pay at least half of the quoted price up front. This covers the cost of materials and time working on the project should you decide against purchasing the finished product. This initial deposit is non refundable but goes toward the final price of the item.

The price we quote you, is what we will charge, we will never raise the price of an item unbeknownst to you. Reasons for quoted price increase(s) may include, the customer requesting additional features to the item that requires additional construction time and/or additional materials being added.
Shipping
Our shipping time is calculated on extreme busy times of year, our items are generally ready to ship a lot sooner than what is listed. If you are concerned with receiving an item by a specific date, feel free to send us a message and we will do our best to work with you. There is an express order listing that you can purchase to guarantee 24 or 48 hour manufacture of your item. Please see listing for more details. To ensure we receive your time sensitive information please send us a separate message as opposed to, or in addition to the comments section at checkout. Oftentimes we do not read that until your item is next to be made.

Here at De La Rosa Boutique, we love the environment so we generally do not include packing slips, receipts etc with packages, with the understanding that Etsy maintains these records for our reference should we need them. Should you need any of these documents at checkout, please let us know as this may change the cost of your shipping. We recycle packaging the best we can, this includes fillers, papers, packing peanuts etc. All of these factors help keep our shipping prices low for you while keeping the environment happy.

OVERSEAS ORDERS--We want everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy our products. If you are interested in an item but the shipping seems outrageous, please let us know as we may be able to offer you a discount.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please be sure to ask any questions before buying. Most of our items are made to order, that means we spend a lot of time making that item just for you. Our goal is for you to be happy with the item(s) you receive and for our time and resources to be used in the most efficient way possible.

EXCHANGES--If you are not satisfied with the item when it arrives and would like to exchange it please let us know right away. You will need to return the item clean, unworn and unused within 10 days of receipt from the tracking number delivery date. We will begin making the replacement upon notification but will not ship it until we receive the exchanged item. Please understand this protects us from theft.

REFUNDS--If you are not satisfied with the item when it arrives and would like a refund, please return the item clean, unworn and unused within 10 days of receipt from the tracking number delivery date. When we receive the item your money will be refunded through Etsy to the card in which you originally purchased the item.

**NOTE**
1) We MAY not refund an item due to carelessness on your part if the item is as described in the listing and includes proper representation in the description, measurements and/or pictures. (For example if the listing says that the item measures 2 inches by 2 inches, we spend time making that for you, but you wanted it to be 6 by 6 inches without prior communication.) This protects our time that we can never get back. We understand mistakes happen therefore refunds will be at our discretion
2) Due to the unique nature of photography props, we will not issue refunds for photography props. Exchanges involving photography props will be limited to resizing with the same materials.
3) We MAY not offer exchanges or refunds involving custom ordered items to include monogram or embroidery with names. If there is a defect in the construction please document the problem with pictures and let us know as soon as possible. No consideration will be made after 10 days. Please know we document all custom items with pictures before they are shipped.
4) The buyer is responsible for cost of shipping back to De La Rosa Boutique for exchanges and refunds (to include but not limited to issues with sizing). For exchanges and refunds due to obvious shop errors, we will cover the cost of shipping both ways.
